REFUND POLICY
Shop in our online store worry-free with our convenient returns process. Send back to us within 15 days of delivery if there's any problem with the items we delivered.
- We normally begin the return process within 30 days of receiving your purchases.
- Be informed that it must be in new or unused condition together with the complete product inserts and freebies if there's any.
- When you discover a problem with the item, ship our product back as soon as possible so it will arrive at our physical store within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- We examine all the returned items to refund our customers based on the condition of the item.
- If the return is the result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise including shipping charges.
- For opened or used products, we pay a partial refund.
